Introduction

Hi everyone,
   A little introduction from your's truely.  My name is Stina, I live in the midwest, and I can.  Every year I try to grow as much for my family as I can in our ginormous garden (yes, I said Ginormous).  Then when harvest time comes; I can it all.  So, I want to be able share my knowledge with like minded people who want to learn how to preserve all of thier goodies from the Garden.  So later today I will be posting several recipes and how to's for Apple Sauce, Spaghetti Sauce, and Green Beans.
